How do I pay?

When you register to use the service, you will be asked by a member of our team for your bank details and together we will set up a Direct Debit service.

What term of contract will I be under when joining sharetheloads.com?

None. You will however receive discounts on your membership for signing up to a longer period of time, but you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us.

Can I just receive email alerts for Loads?

Yes. Just tick the boxes for the postings that you wish to receive. You can do this when you register for Freight Alerts but also change your preferences at any time by logging in and making the changes on the "My Profile" page.

Do I have to receive emails to find out what loads have been posted?

No. You can also check by logging in to sharetheloads.com and go to Find A Load page and search for your ideal load. If you are only interested in certain postings, enter your requirements in the search panel. This will filter out any unwanted information and just display the postings you want.

I'm an owner driver and can't always look at my laptop. Can you text me loads that are available?

Yes, when joining up you will be asked if you would like our text service where you can set your load preferences to what you want to be told about.

I have a courier company. Is sharetheloads.com ideal for me?

Yes, our service will work perfectly for you as many companies have same day and small consignments that need transporting and we will only inform you of these loads. Also for those larger deliveries that you have you can place these loads onto the system and keep that customer happy while making some money.

What does the "Place A Load" page do?

The Place A Load page is where you enter the details of any consignments that you want moved.

What does the "Find A Load" page do?

The Find A Load page is where you can go and use our search engine to find a load for your empty vehicle.

I have forgotten my password and email address, what should I do?

It's easy. Go to the login page and just click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link and follow the subsequent instructions; and we will email one direct to you. Alternatively, call us and one of our team will help you.

How do I contact sharetheloads.com?

On our home page you will see a phone number to call or go to the request a call back button, where we will call you. You can also go to our contact us page to send us a message.
